Intake session: $125 per 80-minute session
Individual session: $105 per 60-minute session
Couple's intake/session: $125 per 60-minute session
Family's intake/session: $130 per 60-minute sesion
Substance Abuse Evaluations: $150
EAP sessions: 45-minutes
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Healing Pieces accepts patients, regardless of their ability to pay. This information about the available sliding fee schedule and the non-discrimination clause is available. Healing Pieces sees all patients, regardless of their race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
